The stands allows three years before construction must start. The late start penalty is R 650 per month. Then you have 12 months
to complete the building. Sales from buyers who bought from the developer have a 12 month grace period to start building and then also 12 months to complete .

Building Rules are contained in the Code of Conduct Annexure A and can be made available to interested buyers. Phase 3 electricity and water connections are already available on the site.

This Private Game Reserve does not allow pets due the nature of its existence.
