The first phase was launched in 2003. Thatchfield Estates consists of Thatchfield Close Estate, Thatchfield Crescent Estate, Thatchfield Gardens Estate, Thatchfield Glen Estate, Thatchfield Manor Estate, Thatchfield Heights Estate and Thatchfield Hills Estate.
